2.1 Personal Information

We collect personal information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Account Information: Email address, password, and authentication credentials
• Profile Information: First name, last name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, ID document number, and ID document type
• Contact Information: Email address and phone number (if provided)
• Dependent Information: Information about dependents you add to your account, including names, dates of birth, relationships, and travel documents

2.2 Travel Documents

We collect information from travel documents that you upload or scan, including:

• Document type (passport, national ID, visa, etc.)
• Document number
• Full name as it appears on the document
• Gender
• Issue date and expiry date
• Issuing country or entity
• Document photographs (front and back, if applicable)

Camera and Photo Access: We request access to your device's camera and photo library to allow you to photograph and scan travel documents. These images are used solely for document verification and processing. Images are stored securely on our servers and are only accessible to authorized personnel.

2.3 Pre-Clearance and Border Crossing Information

When you use our pre-clearance services, we collect:

• Movement type (entry/exit)
• Border crossing location
• Origin and destination countries
• Intended travel date and time
• Purpose of travel
• Transport mode (bus, private vehicle, two-wheeler, bicycle, walking, maritime)
• Vehicle information (plate numbers, operator details, seat numbers, ticket numbers)
• Vessel information (for maritime transport)
• Travel document selections
• Dependent travel information

2.4 Location Information

We may collect location data to provide location-based services, including:

• Coarse and fine location data for border crossing services
• Background location data (with your permission) for enhanced border crossing features
• Location data is used for features such as border crossing services, transport information, and route planning

You can disable location services in your device settings at any time. However, some features of the App may not function properly if location services are disabled.

2.5 Device and Technical Information

We automatically collect certain information about your device, including:

• Device type and model
• Operating system and version
• App version
• Unique device identifiers
• Push notification tokens
• IP address
• Network information

2.6 Usage Information

We collect information about how you use the App, including:

Information about dependents (including children) may be collected when added to an adult user's account for travel purposes, but this is done with the explicit consent and management of the adult account holder.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information receives an adequate level of protection regardless of where it is processed.
